আমরা নিম্নলিখিত পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি গ্রহণ করি: ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার ও অনলাইন ব্যাংকিং, মোবাইল পেমেন্ট সেবা যেমন বিকাশ, নগদ ও রকেট, ঢাকা ও অন্যান্য প্রধান শহরের নির্বাচিত এলাকায় ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD), আমাদের সুরক্ষিত পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে ক্রেডিট ও ডেবিট কার্ড, এবং চেক ও ড্রাফট যা ক্লিয়ারেন্স সাপেক্ষ। বেশিরভাগ পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণ শুরু হওয়ার আগে পেমেন্ট প্রাপ্ত ও ক্লিয়ার হতে হবে। COD অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে, পণ্য ডেলিভারির সময় সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট প্রদান করতে হবে। আপনার আর্থিক প্রতিষ্ঠানের পক্ষ থেকে ব্যাংকিং বা পেমেন্ট প্রক্রিয়াকরণ বিলম্বের জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই এবং ব্যাংক কর্তৃক আরোপিত অতিরিক্ত চার্জ গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব। প্রতারণামূলক বা অননুমোদিত পেমেন্ট প্রচেষ্টার ফলে অবিলম্বে অর্ডার বাতিল হবে এবং তদন্ত সাপেক্ষে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত হতে পারে। আমরা আপনার পেমেন্ট তথ্য সুরক্ষিত রাখতে শিল্প-মানের এনক্রিপশন ব্যবহার করি এবং পেমেন্ট বিবরণ কখনো আমাদের সার্ভারে সংরক্ষণ করা হয় না।
আমরা বাংলাদেশের সকল প্রধান শহর ও শহরে শিপ করি এবং শুল্ক বিধি ও আমদানি আইন সাপেক্ষে নির্বাচিত দেশে আন্তর্জাতিক শিপিং পাওয়া যায়। শিপিং খরচ আপনার ডেলিভারি অবস্থান ও অর্ডারের মোট ওজনের উপর ভিত্তি করে গণনা করা হয় এবং পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করার আগে স্পষ্টভাবে প্রদর্শিত হবে। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদত্ত ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা শুধুমাত্র আনুমানিক এবং কুরিয়ার বিলম্ব, আবহাওয়া ও অপ্রত্যাশিত পরিস্থিতিসহ আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের কারণে গ্যারান্টিযুক্ত নয়। কুরিয়ার সেবা, প্রতিকূল আবহাওয়া, ট্রাফিক জ্যাম বা অন্যান্য বাহ্যিক কারণে সৃষ্ট বিলম্বের জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই। কুরিয়ার সেবায় আপনার প্যাকেজ হস্তান্তরের পর ক্ষতির ঝুঁকি আপনার কাছে স্থানান্তরিত হয়, তবে আমরা শিপমেন্টে বীমা রাখি এবং কোনো সমস্যা সমাধানে কুরিয়ারের সাথে কাজ করব। ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা অনুপস্থিত পণ্যের জন্য ডেলিভারির ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ফটোগ্রাফিক প্রমাণসহ দাবি জমা দিতে হবে।
সকল নতুন পণ্য প্রস্তুতকারকের ডকুমেন্টেশনে উল্লেখিত প্রস্তুতকারকের ওয়ারেন্টি সহ আসে এবং ওয়ারেন্টি কভারেজ শুধুমাত্র প্রস্তুতকারকের নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের জন্য উৎপাদন ত্রুটি অন্তর্ভুক্ত করে। অপব্যবহার, দুর্ঘটনা, স্বাভাবিক ক্ষয়, বা অননুমোদিত মেরামত বা পরিবর্তনের কারণে হওয়া ক্ষতি ওয়ারেন্টি কভার করে না। ক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকে নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি জমা দিতে হবে এবং সকল ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি প্রক্রিয়াকরণের জন্য মূল রসিদ ও ক্রয়ের প্রমাণ প্রয়োজন। রিফার্বিশড পণ্য হার্ডওয়্যার ত্রুটি কভার করে ৬ মাসের Index IT ওয়ারেন্টি সহ আসে এবং এই পণ্যগুলোতে সামান্য প্রসাধনী ক্ষয় থাকতে পারে তবে শিপিংয়ের আগে সম্পূর্ণ পরীক্ষিত ও কার্যকর। ব্যবহৃত পণ্য Index IT-এর কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি ছাড়া "যেমন আছে" ভিত্তিতে বিক্রি হয়, তবে গ্রাহকদের ডেলিভারি গ্রহণের আগে পণ্য পরীক্ষা করতে হবে এবং অবিলম্বে কোনো ত্রুটি রিপোর্ট করতে হবে।
পণ্য ডেলিভারির ৭ দিনের মধ্যে মূল, অব্যবহৃত অবস্থায় সকল প্যাকেজিং ও মূল আনুষাঙ্গিক সহ ফেরত দিতে হবে এবং সকল রিটার্ন অনুরোধের জন্য রসিদ ও ক্রয়ের প্রমাণ প্রয়োজন। ব্যবহার, ক্ষতি, টেম্পারিং বা উপাদান অনুপস্থিতির চিহ্ন থাকা পণ্য রিটার্নের যোগ্য নয়। সফটওয়্যার ও ডিজিটাল পণ্য একবার সক্রিয়, ডাউনলোড বা ইনস্টল করা হলে ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে না। পণ্য ফেরত পাঠানোর আগে গ্রাহকদের রিটার্ন অনুমোদনের জন্য আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে এবং পণ্য ত্রুটিপূর্ণ না হলে বা আমাদের ভুল না হলে রিটার্ন শিপিং খরচ গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব। আমরা ফেরত পণ্য প্রাপ্তি ও পরীক্ষার পর ৫-৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া করব এবং রিফান্ডের পরিমাণ ক্রয়ের সময় ব্যবহৃত মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে জমা হবে। ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফারের মাধ্যমে শুরু হওয়া রিফান্ড আপনার আর্থিক প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রক্রিয়াকরণ সময়ের উপর নির্ভর করে অতিরিক্ত ৫-১০ কার্যদিবস সময় নিতে পারে।
আপনি যদি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য পান, আপনার দাবি সমর্থনে নির্দিষ্ট ত্রুটি দেখানো বিস্তারিত ছবি বা ভিডিও সহ অবিলম্বে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে। ত্রুটি উৎপাদন ত্রুটি হিসেবে যাচাই হলে আমরা আপনার কোনো খরচ ছাড়াই রিটার্ন বা প্রতিস্থাপনের ব্যবস্থা করব। প্রতিস্থাপন বা রিফান্ডের যোগ্য হতে ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য ডেলিভারির ১৪ দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত দিতে হবে। পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা ও ত্রুটির প্রকৃতির উপর ভিত্তি করে আমরা আমাদের বিবেচনায় ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্যটি একই পণ্য দিয়ে প্রতিস্থাপন করব বা পূর্ণ রিফান্ড প্রদান করব। প্রস্তুতকারকের ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় থাকা পণ্যের জন্য আমরা আপনার পক্ষে সরাসরি প্রস্তুতকারকের সাথে ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি প্রক্রিয়া সহায়তা করব।
কোনো অবস্থাতেই Index IT ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার বা পণ্য ক্রয়ের ফলে প্রত্যক্ষ বা পরোক্ষ ক্ষতি, মুনাফা, রাজস্ব বা ব্যবসায়িক সুযোগ হারানোর জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না। তথ্য বা ডেটা হারানো, ব্যবসায় বিঘ্ন বা কোনো পরিণতিমূলক, আকস্মিক, বিশেষ বা শাস্তিমূলক ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই, এমনকি আমাদের এই ধরনের ক্ষতির সম্ভাবনা সম্পর্কে পরামর্শ দেওয়া হলেও। পণ্য ক্রয় বা ব্যবহার থেকে উদ্ভূত সকল দাবির জন্য আমাদের মোট দায়বদ্ধতা প্রশ্নযুক্ত নির্দিষ্ট পণ্যের ক্রয়মূল্য বা ৫,০০০ টাকা, যেটি বেশি তার অতিক্রম করবে না।
indexit.com.bd-তে সকল বিষয়বস্তু, যার মধ্যে পাঠ্য, ছবি, গ্রাফিক্স, লোগো, পণ্যের বিবরণ ও সফটওয়্যার অন্তর্ভুক্ত, Index IT-এর মালিকানাধীন বা লাইসেন্সকৃত এবং বাংলাদেশ কপিরাইট আইন ও আন্তর্জাতিক কপিরাইট চুক্তির অধীনে সুরক্ষিত। Index IT-এর লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটের কোনো বিষয়বস্তু পুনরুৎপাদন, বিতরণ, সম্প্রচার, প্রদর্শন বা সম্পাদন করা যাবে না এবং আমাদের বিষয়বস্তুর অননুমোদিত ব্যবহার আইনি পদক্ষেপের কারণ হতে পারে। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত ট্রেডমার্ক ও ব্র্যান্ড নাম, প্রস্তুতকারকের ট্রেডমার্কসহ, তাদের নিজ নিজ মালিকদের সম্পত্তি। আমরা গ্রাহকদের শুধুমাত্র ব্যক্তিগত রেফারেন্সের জন্য আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট থেকে পৃষ্ঠা প্রিন্ট করার অনুমতি দিই, কিন্তু বাণিজ্যিক উদ্দেশ্যে বা বিতরণের জন্য নয়।
Index IT Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS ও অন্যান্যসহ প্রধান কম্পিউটার ব্র্যান্ডের একটি অনুমোদিত রিসেলার এবং আমরা এই প্রস্তুতকারকদের সাথে অনুমোদিত সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখি। গ্রাহকের অভিজ্ঞতা বাড়াতে আমরা প্রস্তুতকারকের ওয়েবসাইট, তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবা প্রদানকারী ও পরিপূরক ব্যবসায়িক অংশীদারদের লিংক প্রদান করি। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটের লিংকের মাধ্যমে প্রাপ্ত তৃতীয় পক্ষের বিষয়বস্তু, পণ্য বা সেবার জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই এবং তৃতীয় পক্ষের সাইটের লিংক Index IT-এর অনুমোদন গঠন করে না। তৃতীয় পক্ষের ওয়েবসাইটের নিজস্ব শর্তাবলী ও গোপনীয়তা নীতিমালা রয়েছে যা সেসব সাইটে যোগাযোগ করার আগে আপনার পর্যালোচনা করা উচিত।
আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে নিবন্ধনের সময় আপনাকে সঠিক ও সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে এবং আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে আপনার প্রদত্ত সকল তথ্য সত্য ও বর্তমান। আপনার লগইন শংসাপত্র ও পাসওয়ার্ডের গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখা আপনার দায়িত্ব এবং আপনি কখনো এই তথ্য অন্য কারো সাথে শেয়ার করবেন না। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের অধীনে পরিচালিত সকল কার্যক্রমের জন্য আপনি দায়ী, যার মধ্যে আপনার শংসাপত্র ব্যবহার করে দেওয়া অর্ডার ও পরিবর্তিত তথ্য অন্তর্ভুক্ত। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে অননুমোদিত অ্যাক্সেস আবিষ্কার করলে বা প্রতারণামূলক কার্যকলাপ সন্দেহ হলে অবিলম্বে আমাদের জানান। আমাদের নীতি লঙ্ঘন করে এমন মিথ্যা বা বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্য সম্বলিত অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বন্ধ করার অধিকার আমরা রাখি।
ব্যবহারকারীরা আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট বা যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমে মানহানিকর, অশ্লীল, অপমানজনক বা অবৈধ বিষয়বস্তু পোস্ট, আপলোড বা প্রেরণ না করতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। আমাদের সিস্টেম, ডেটাবেস বা নিরাপত্তা অবকাঠামোতে হ্যাক, ভঙ্গ বা অননুমোদিত অ্যাক্সেস লাভের চেষ্টা করা যাবে না। মূল্য কারসাজি, প্রতারণামূলক লেনদেন বা Index IT বা অন্যান্য গ্রাহকদের প্রতারণার কোনো পরিকল্পনায় জড়িত হওয়া যাবে না। Index IT-এর কর্মী বা অন্যান্য ব্যবহারকারী হিসেবে ছদ্মবেশ ধারণ করা যাবে না এবং কোনো ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠানের সাথে আপনার পরিচয় বা সম্পর্ক মিথ্যাভাবে উপস্থাপন করা যাবে না। অন্যদের সাথে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট শংসাপত্র শেয়ার করা বা অন্যদের আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যবহার করতে দেওয়া কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ। আপনাকে বাংলাদেশ এবং আপনি যেখানে বসবাস করেন সেখানকার সকল প্রযোজ্য আইন ও বিধি মেনে চলতে হবে। এই আচরণ নীতি লঙ্ঘনের ফলে অবিলম্বে অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ ও আইনি পদক্ষেপ নেওয়া হতে পারে।
