Return & Refund Policy

At Index IT Ltd, we make shopping easy, transparent, and hassle-free. Our return and

refund policies are designed to ensure a smooth experience for every customer.

1. Order Cancellation

● You can cancel your order anytime before the product is delivered.

2. Product Return (Within 24 Hours of Delivery)

● Do not open the package or remove any stickers/markings.

● Bring the product directly to Index IT Ltd.

● After inspection, if the product and packaging are intact, the refund will be

processed within 7 working days.

3. DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy

● If the product does not work from the start, it will be considered DOA.

● Report the issue to us within 3 days of delivery.

● We will collect the product, inspect it, and issue a full refund within 7 working

days.

● The order will be considered cancelled.

4. After 3 Days of Delivery

● Returns will not be accepted.

● Customers should avail the warranty service for support.

 Delivery Timeline

● Inside Dhaka: 5 working days

● Outside Dhaka: 10 working days

⏱ Refund Timeline

● Refunds will be completed within 7–10 working days.

রিটার্ন ও রি ফান্ড নীতি মালা

১. অর্ডার বাতিলকরণ

পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার আগ পর্যন্ত যেকোনো সময় আপনার অর্ডার বাতিল করা সম্ভব।

২. পণ্য ফেরত (ডেলিভারির ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে)

• পণ্যের মোড়ক খোলা যাবে না এবং কোনো স্টিকার বা মার্কিং সরানো যাবে না।
• পণ্য সরাসরি Index IT Ltd-এ নিয়ে আসতে হবে।
• যাচাই শেষে পণ্য ও মোড়ক অক্ষত থাকলে ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে মূল্য ফেরত প্রদান করা হবে।

৩. DOA (Dead on Arrival) নীতি

• পণ্য যদি শুরু থেকেই কাজ না করে, তা DOA হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।
• ডেলিভারির ৩ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
• আমরা পণ্য সংগ্রহ করে যাচাই করব এবং ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রদান করব।
• এটি অর্ডার বাতিল হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।
• ৪. ডেলিভারির ৩ দিনের পর পণ্য কাজ না করলে
• এটি রিটার্ন নীতির আওতায় থাকবে না।
• গ্রাহককে সংশ্লিষ্ট ওয়ারেন্টি সেবা ব্যবহার করতে হবে।

ডেলিভারি নীতিমালা

• ঢাকার ভিতরে: ৫ কর্মদিবস
• ঢাকার বাইরে: ১০ কর্মদিবস

⏱ রিফান্ড টাইমলাইন

• রিফান্ড সর্বোচ্চ ৭–১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হবে।
