Customers can avail of Cash on Delivery (COD) with an expected delivery timeline of 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation.
Cash On Delivery (COD) facility is available only for online orders within Dhaka city. This payment option allows customers to pay for their purchases at the time of delivery, providing convenience and security for online transactions.
Customers will receive their products within 3-5 business days after order confirmation. We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery to your doorstep. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the product availability and location within Dhaka.
Delivery charges vary depending on the product and location within Dhaka city. Different products may have different delivery costs based on their size, weight, and delivery distance. Free delivery is not applicable for all products. Some items may be subject to standard delivery charges, which will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you place your order.
Our delivery partners (such as RedX, Pathao) maintain their own terms and conditions. These courier partners are responsible for the safe and timely delivery of your products. While we work closely with them, customers should be aware that each delivery partner has specific guidelines and policies that they follow independently. We recommend reviewing their terms when selecting a delivery option.
Customers will not have the opportunity to test products during home delivery. However, if possible, a video of product unboxing will be recorded to document the condition of the product upon receipt. If you receive any defective product, please inform us immediately so that we can resolve the issue promptly and provide you with a replacement or refund as applicable.
Customers must bear the full courier charges for products delivered via courier service. When you opt for courier delivery, the complete cost of the courier service will be your responsibility, and this amount will be added to your final bill. Please ensure you are aware of the courier charges before confirming your order.
If an ordered product is out of stock, the product will be replaced with an alternative item or a full refund will be issued with the customer's consent. We will contact you immediately if the product you ordered is unavailable, and we will work with you to find the best solution. Full or partial advance payment is required for product booking based on the product value. When placing an order outside Dhaka, you will need to provide payment upfront to secure your booking. Depending on the product and your preference, you may choose to pay the full amount or provide a partial advance payment, with the remaining balance due upon delivery. Product delivery time and delivery charges depend on the specific courier service and product type. Courier conditional payment charges will be borne by Techvalley Distribution Limited. If you choose a conditional payment option where the courier collects payment upon delivery, the additional charges associated with this service will be covered by us, not passed on to you. Customers will only bear the cost of courier service for product shipment. You are responsible for paying the standard shipping cost associated with delivering your product to your location.
